"The sliding glass door and mirrors were dirty when my daughter first arrived so she had the staff come and clean it because she knew the price I paid for this condo and to have them dirty like that was not okay. The first cleaning person came in and removed all our clean towels and washcloths and didn't replace the washcloths and left us a few towels so I don't know what that was about. On the day we were leaving the cleaning people that were coming in were so rude. I don't think they care for Caucasian people and treated us pretty poorly. The attendant that was stationed at the water park was the nicest, kind,man ever. He made up for the cleaning staff for sure. Otherwise the resort was very nice. We would stay there again. I'm glad I had my grandchildren there to guide me around the twisting and turning hallways. The parking is not so great, if you have a big car good luck to you because it is very narrow parking ant the drive lanes are very narrow."

"Nice, very spacious room, perfect for a family. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. The whole property was very well maintained and clean. I will definitely be back to this Home2 Suites. The only thing I would suggest improving is the showerhead. I couldn’t adjust the water flow, and the water splashed all over. I also found the showerhead to be too high for me since I’m a short person. I personally prefer detachable showerheads where you can switch between different water-flow settings and adjust the height."
