"Besides a great place to stay for the price in Aspen, we liked the cleanliness, the warm swimming pool,pretty landscape, the European feel to the surroundings, the breakfast with fresh berries and other fruit, hiking trail nearby, convenient parking, and location close to downtown Aspen."

"Call before booking.. pool is already broke and it was the only reason we reserved it (bad back).. then at the time of booking it shows a bathtub.. we get to the room no bathtub either.. they said the room I booked didn't have one but I still have screenshots of it showing in the room .. they would not refund me what I paid and cancel my room... They would only give free food.. I demanded something if I was forced to stay there.. I explained they should update their web page and tell people before they agree to pay for amenities they will not be getting.. if I didn't need something relaxing for my back and the only reason I went, I wouldn't have a complaint other than that the place is awesome. "
