"The property was in a great location. It is a duplex but couldn’t really hear the neighbors, which is great. And it is a tri-level house which may be good to make clear for those that may have accessibility issues. Upper floors were hard to keep cool with limitations on the thermostat but appreciated the available box fans. TV and internet were excellent."
