"The house was big and perfect for our two families! The lake was amazing for both swimming and fishing and not very busy, especially during the week. We all had a great stay and plan to come back next year. The only thing I would change is a ladder from the dock to the lake to accommodate swimming and getting in and out easier. "This place is very unique. Amongst a small community yet very private.. Once you arrive you'll understand. It's a 5 minute walk to a good home style restaurant right on the lake. Inside is very clean, spacious and modern. I have no complaints and found the property management to be very professional, prompt and fair."

"Had a great time at maya 2. Loved the layout with the master bedroom being separated from the others. Offered enough privacy for us and our friends. The covered porch was great and where we spent most of our time. I would recommend a ceiling fan though. Tv was easy to figure out and we enjoyed a couple of movies. There’s not an ice maker so stop at Wayne’s and grab a bag. Overall a great relaxing week.♥️"

"This property was lovely and such a fantastic view on the lake. We loved sitting on the huge back porch and watching the wildlife and sunsets. The home was well appointed with plenty of seating and kitchenware. The outdoor equipment (kayaks, fishing poles, etc) was a great bonus that we enjoyed. Very convenient location to Madisonville and close to enough to branch out to the state parks and sightsee. We will definitely stay again when we need to visit family in the area or as a halfway stops...

"I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms. The home was very clean and the snacks were much appreciated upon their arrival. The house was great the host were great! Highly recommend this home!!"

"We visited the area for a music concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater and found this location to be an ideal place to settle back after the concert. The owner of this 30 acre farm lives nearby but not too near by. We texted at times ( like when the TV weathermen were explaining maybe to seek shelter, which the owner graciously offered.
