"The property has some wear and tear and lacks quality in the workmanship within the rooms; however, it was all we needed. The Bedding, Bathrooms, and Kitchen were clean. Whenever we reported an issue, we were supported as soon as we called. The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom hardly worked, and the central air on that floor never worked. "Clean room, nice and helpful staff, definitely worth the money. There are plenty of homeless people nearby tho, and remember to bring your own shampoo cause they don’t provide."

"We enjoyed our stay there but we reported that the knob to control the refrigerator was broken and that there was a little mold in the corner of the shower. We actually told the housekeeper first, then a young woman at the front desk and then we spoke to Jerry who said he would have it taken care and no one ever came. Also we had to keep getting out room keys reprogrammed which was a little inconvenient especially after coming in from being out all day and you to to your room and can’t get in"

"Did not like the smell of the cleaning products used when first walking in- the place was comfortable but there were loose tiles and broken drawers in upstairs bathroom-good location/ wish we could have checked in early or at least be able to drop our luggage off since we arrived early "

"Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money."
