We were given the most delicious chocolate/caramel treat upon arrival & the staff also provided us with towels so that we could shower and freshen up in the spa as our room wasn’t ready (not the hotels fault, we arrived long before check in) and we’d just arrived after a long flight! The room was very clean and luxurious, much nicer than the photos, as was the bathroom. Really good quality breakfast. Super location...

"Lovely boutique hotel with friendly staff. Great concept hotel with some cool aspects and decor. Our suite room was spacious, but the bed was very uncomfortable to our liking (too soft and lumpy) and the linens and bathroom were not exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good! The location was nice, easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. "

"The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool...
