"While most of the facilities were good, the minidress not work and did not get fixed in spite of repeated calls to the front desk. The fridge was finally replaced just previous night of our leaving, that dud not have adequate cooling "

"The staff was wonderful, kind and always eager to help. The elevators smelled strongly of food the entire stay. The fourth floor smelled musty as soon as you exited the elevator. The room was nice and organized well but the bathroom shower was moldy. I hate leaving anything negative since the staff was above and beyond amazing, but the condition of the shower was disgusting and the moldy smell was off-putting. I'd have forgiven the elevator smell if the other two hadn't be an issue."

"1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...

Upon my arrival all docs were ready and just need to sign. Room was nice and comfortable. Only issue the view area from window was to the aircon unit. No view to anything else"
