Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"This Hotel is a beautiful property. I think they are under staffed. We ordered food at the restaurant and waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get food. Then the Brownie dessert was described as brownie with vanilla ice cream and banana foster but it came out with Strawberry ice bream and I think some berried (no Banana foster). The brownie was cold and the food was mediocre at best. "

"Large rooms, very clean, friendly staff. The affiliation with a 5 star hotel is a huge plus (happy hour, gym, spa, restaurant, bar). Staff at Corpo Santo were also there exceptional. Street can get a bit loud at night but noise is manageable. Breakfast we ordered was not as described. Overall, such a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend."

"Check in was easy because there was someone at the desk! Not always the case with some properties. The area was noisy at night but I loved that and it didn’t keep me awake. The continental breakfast was conveniently delivered to our door each morning. "

"The suites were perfectly located just off the main avenue. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The staff are lovely especially Cristina on reception. She was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. "

"Right in the heart of the city. We had two children with us and while the apartment was a good size, it had lots of steps and was near a night club that is a bit loud on the weekends. The windows have shutters that help block most of the sound but not all. "

Really appreciate all the help provided by the front desk staff (Pedro and team) and we would stay there again next time we're in Lisbon. "

"The staff here is very professional and helpful. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The issue is that our air conditioner did not work, and we had trouble sleeping due to the heat. (we stayed at the end of May -high 75 degrees F) We reported it in the morning, but they could not get it fixed. They offered to move us to another property, but we were checking out very early the next morning to catch our flight home. We decided it wasn't worth it to pack everything to move to another building....
