"This place is horrible. The walls are paper thin. The place is dirty. Bathrooms were gross. The tub had stains and doesn’t drain well. I asked the front desk “can I bother you for another set of towels?” because there was only one set, and the night front desk was a jerk. “Yeah you’re bothering me” and walked to the back. The bed is lumpy and the pillows are a sack of potatoes. Location is great to explore Monterey, Big Sur and Carmel. But man it was coming back to the hotel for some rest. My...

"If you’re looking for ONLY a place to stay and a roof over your head that’s cheap, then you’re looking at the right place. this is bare minimum place, food and drug paraphernalia strewn about around the property premises. No toiletries other than towels and toilet paper. I personally would have been better off sleeping in my car for the night."
