"There was no AC, pathetic breakfast and dirty carpets. They even charge for the bus/shuttle service and the theme park is not on walking distance. It should not be even one star hotel "

"We stayed here for one night on our way to Europa Park. Due to a flight change we were going to arrive late and I saw that check in was only open until 10:30. I sent the hotel a message and asked what we would need to do, after a few messages back and forth we were told if we arrived late there is a lock box near the door, and we were given the code and told our room keys would be in there, as it was we arrived with ten minutes to spare so didn't need to do this.
