"I was very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the space. It has a private courtyard with a grill, as well as a private entrance to the property. "This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people. "The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us."

"We were attending at Clemson football game with family- our sons, daughters in law and grandchildren. House was well stocked with games for the kids, life jackets etc to go in the lake. Sleeping arrangements worked out well. Location is fantastic- close but quiet & peaceful. The only negative is that the driveway is very steep. "
