"Beautiful hotel, quality of hotel shows with all the facilities. Rooms are amazing, room stays very dark because we didnt have any natural lighting but it was okay. Breakfast was lovely, outdoor pool area is nice. Only downside for us was the indoor pool not being heated, kids wanted to go in at night but couldn't get in from how cold the water temperature was."

"I want to commend the staff particularly Hakan at the front desk. He was patient, helpful and proactive. He made us feel at home and very welcome. The breakfast was great, but needs more vatiety. If one has a long stay, they'd get tired of the same menu."
