"When traveling, name recognition plays an important role in picking a hotel. I booked the Hilton because of the name and it’s familiar. Unfortunately, this particular Hilton didn’t live up to the name. The shower didn’t drain properly, and water backed up while showering and did not drain until after the shower was off.
