"A really unique place to stay. We would definitely stay there again if in the area. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms upon arrival. Messaging Malissa, she was super quick to respond and had someone on site within 30 minutes to rectify the situation. Being across from the brewery is a plus (good beer, decent food). All in all a very pleasant experience. Malissa's communications was a definite plus in our case. "

"This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. "My husband, dog and I stayed at this beautiful, quiet property for three days and had an INCREDIBLE time. The owners are super kind, responsive, and made the home SO welcoming. The bathtub was the perfect comfort after a long day of visiting family nearby. The bed was huge and comfortable, with nice squishy pillows! You will not regret booking this place, even if it’s just for a nice getaway from home for a bit. If we ever visit again, we’re booking here! "

"We loved our stay at The Updated Historical Apartment! Very clean, has everything you need, and is in a great location. We walked to the Penny Wheat, then Jimmy’s Italian Restaurant for dinner. Only 20 -25 minutes to Huber Heights for the concert. The bed is on the firmer side, but very comfortable. Van Buren is a close, cute little bar with a lot of Gin. Nice for a nightcap. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The Townhouse was so clean and spacious. The neighborhood does not look the best, but we did not have any issues with noise or other concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with both a kitchen and dining room table. Master bed was very comfortable and we loved the lathe TVs in the living room and bedroom. Keri was very quick to respond when I had questions. I will for sure stay again."

"My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon.
