"Great location to all the downtown fun, but still quiet and semi-private. Clean and spacious including private deck and privacy fencing. Went for a relaxing weekend and that’s just what we got- we plan to stay at this location every year! Thanks for such great communication and hospitality!"

"This is a wonderful property to stay at. Everything was clean, the hosts were fantastic and very communicative. There is a lot of history with this house and it was very interesting. You can walk down to the Pedernales River from the property and the trails are nice. Really close to downtown Fredericksburg shops, restaurants and wineries. Will definitely consider staying again! "
