Best Western Bidarka Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone working there goes out of their way to help you "
"We stayed in the Family Cabin and we loved it. It wasn't near the actual Pioneer Inn but not too far. It was in a residential area. The house was lovely. Lots of room for a family. Kitchen and dining area as well as a living room. Would like the tv to be easier to figure out. There needs to be directions somewhere to help us. I would recommend for two couples or a family and we would come back. It was great!"
"The property was near the beach in Homer. The rooms were manufactured housing in a long strip. It was quiet and comfortable. We stayed one night before our trip to Kodiak. It was close to the airport and the harbor. I would recommend and go back."
"Hostess Gracie, was amazing, kind, and exceptionally gracious. The place was clean, cute and cozy. Best sleep I had in AK. We got back late and she warmed a plate of banana nut bread with some butter. 5 star in all categories. We've stayed in a lot of different types of places and Gracie is hands down the best and her place is amazing. Thank you SOOO MUCH for everything, Gracie. "
"Beautiful place and great location. Lots of noise with the float planes. Not a problem for us. The bed was a little noisy because the one side I do believe was broke. "
"Honestly for the price there’s better options than the aspen. The best western offers nicer rooms and a decent free breakfast. This place just doesn’t have anything to offer and the staff are average at best. Comparing the experience of staying at both hotels it became clear that the best western was the better value and the staff seemed to be happier with their job than the ones at the aspen."
