Parking for up to three cards in front of the houses - use of garage permitted in the winter months for up to two cars.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.

The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The top bunk is for children only.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.
The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate.
The minimum age to book is 30 years old.
The house sleeps 8 but we only allow a maximum of 6 adults at any time - the top bunks are only suitable for children.
Please be respectful of quiet times between 10pm and 8am. It may not seem like it but the noise travels EXTREMELY well down the valley to the houses below.

We do not allow pets at this property.
