"Things like descriptive “pets cages”, identified. That there was a live in dog was not. My granddaughter is allergic to dogs. Host gave choice of Benadryl, or Zerteck so I wouldn’t have to go purchase meds in late eve.. Please describe in immediate description on face page. Also, Verbo description was “sleeps 8 ppl. So, I thought I could have up to 8 ppp. Nothing was stated upfront. We found out later that the additional price for each additional price was $10 per person. Must be more clear...

"This house was clean and decorated nicely. It had a good location near the state park with trails, a beach and splashpad. There were nice antique shops in town to browse through. I missed a communication with the owner when he sent me an email asking if everything was OK. We did need more towels (10 for 13 people) and we needed toilet paper and garbage bags. "The property was wonderfully maintained, very clean, decorated comfortably and beautifully and had lots of room for each person of our large group to feel happy in that space. All amenities were great - loved the parking space, the hot tub and the open spaces. We had a few people in our group with mobility issues and this property works very well for those that can manage stairs. If we were to return to this area, we would VRBO here again!"

"Had a great time staying at this great beach house. This was a much needed girls weekend and we were extremely happy with the house. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable beds and lovely neighbors. The weather was good and the hot tub was great. Great location, great restaurants and we made it to Frankenmuth, we really enjoyed ourselves. We’ll be back!"
