"For a 5 star hotel, the room carpet was old and dirty. Some parts are sticky and just give the old experience and dont look great. Some furniture was old and not furnished. Staff service can be better too"

"Love the hotel, I love how it literally connects to a shopping mall! Everything basically connects to each other around there. There's a mall across the street and you just have to walk in the mall that is attached to the hotel and walk outside and then you'll get to the other mall. Loved staying here and will stay here again when I visit! "

Views spectacular over marina bay. side door exit 5 minute walk to the metro system. We have booked most of the top named hotels in Singapore this being our 7th visit. We will definitely return for more excellent service,The Sunday Brunch with Free flow Champagne is a must our stay was outstanding with bells and whistles attached. "
