"Took hours to check in clerk said my virtual visa card was being denied to obly find out there was never a request for approval to charge my card even thou sje kept saying ot was being denied"

"Room was clean but the hotel was home to a number of evacuees at the time we stayed there. Some were very disrespectful towards the property by smoking weed in the rooms and not being considerate of other guests. The floor we were on stunk as soon as the elevator door opened. Very noisy with children running up and down the hallways. The staff and security staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t think I would stay there again. "

"Room smelled of smoke. I first got booked into a 1-King room with a reservation for 2-doubles. The front desk staff kindly found me a new room with 2-Queens. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was in rough shape without a functional fan. I can’t say I was impressed."
