"This was such a fun & unique overnight stay on our long drive from Paris to Geneva. Our family of 5 loved the experience of sleeping in a treehouse in the middle of the woods. The accomodation is very charming but of course facilities are quite basic, so be aware that you have to walk a little way to toilets & showers. We drove 15min to eat after the very helpful host Jean pointed us in the right direction. A very memorable experience."

Besoin d un ventilateur en plus du rafraichisseur mis a disposition dans la cabane. "Nous sommes arrivés fin pm (le site annonce un accueil dès le milieu de l après-midi ) mais il n y avait personne. "Pros: Nous avons sejourné durant 3 nuits dans ce gîte. Les extérieurs sont fidèles à la description, spacieux, des jeux, une cuisine d'été, de la place. Tout cela a été très agréable d'autant plus que le soleil était au rendez-vous. Cependant nous avons été déçu par les points suivants. "A beautiful, quiet place hosted by a lovely older lady, who tells many good stories. Melin feels like the middle of nowhere, and maybe it is, but there are many animals to befriend. The place itself is simple, but cozy, with a heartfire burning in the early morning, when we were welcomed by the host at breakfast. It has a somewhat historical feel in that sense. Time did not touch this place so much. Speaking French is a necessary skill to have here."
