"Door of the balcony on the ground floor after the cleaning was left unlocked. M Nobody answered emergency call number via Whars Up. Nobody gave wi fi password for 4 days. Just after numerous requests via messaging received it the last day 4 of our 5 days stay. Never going back… "

"The house is quite spacious, clean and new. It can easily fit up to 4 people. Location is quite convenient, 5/10 minutes from the train/bus station by walk. The host is professional, very helpful and quick in replying. We only spend one night here, but it would have been a better option to spend to full weekend. Price was very competitive. To enter the flat you have to open the door through the browser and one time it did not work, but the host was able to support us remotely and let us in...

"Huone oli todella pieni ja samoin wc ja suihku. Hyvä kun mahtui menemään suihkuun sisään. Huoneessa haisi tullessa myös kosteusvahingolta ja lattiat olivat lakaisematta. Terassilta myös tuli likaa aina sisälle, koska sitä ei oltu lakaistu tai pesty. Portaat huoneeseen olivat myös melkoinen elämys, korkeat, jyrkät ja kapeat. Matkalaukkujen ylössaaminen oli haasteellista. Itse terassi oli tosi kiva lisä muuten pieneen huoneeseen. Harmi että myös ulkokalusteiden pehmusteet olivat tosi likaiset....

"Spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay in a somewhat quiet neighborhood away from the shopping area and tourist traps. Close to the university and have some good cafes around the area."

"Bathroom is small and not clean, all the floor was dirt and sticky, ne bidet present. Very slow communication with the agency managing the apartment. Many mosquitos present."

"Pablo is by far the most communicative and flexible host I have ever met, and he went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. The property is located in a central part of Monopoli and within walking distance to both the historical centre, pier and multiple beaches. "

"Great location, close to everything. Close to train station and restaurants. Room was clean and modern with all available items. Great communication from property as well. "

"This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property is spread across four separate floors — one for the bed, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom, and one with just two couches. Constantly having to go up and down stairs for basic tasks made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You have to call a local number in order to check in. Waited on the line for 10 minutes to finally got checked in. You have to fill out forms online and pay city tax online before check in....

"The apartment is over four floors and is well furnished. There are no personal effects giving it a clean and sterile feeling. The online system for checking in is clunky and slow. Certainly not ideal when the inficould be provided well in advance , not when waiting to get in. Unfortunately there were roadworks at the front door, builders materials in the front lobby and scaffolding in the second lobby. Communicating this in advance would lessen the negative impact. Comms seems to be via AI...

"Everything was great at this hotel. The location is excellent, the morning buffet is fantastic and the staff are all helpful. Our room was clean and big as well and most importantly for Italy during a heat wave, the AC worked GREAT although we had to close the curtains because the sun came directly into our balcony and the windows were not heat resistant."

"I really loved the customer service. Everyone at this hotel was very helpful, understanding and informative. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was away from restaurants or the city and the beach was still a little far given that we didn’t have a car. It wasn’t at a walking distance. However, the shuttle was available to get to the city. "
