"The Carina Gold Hotel is FABULOUS!!! First, the staff is warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. Second, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning works well and the breakfast is worth the earlier wake up. Finally, the location can’t be beat. There hotel us between two tram stops, one right around the corner. A short walk to Aya Sophia and a convenient walk to the Grand Bazaar (the tram stops will lead you to the Spice Market, Karakoy, or the docks to Asia in less than 15 minutes). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their trip to Istanbul."

"I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental, the front office, concierge and house keeping were all amazing and always smiling. The staff is very well trained and know how to make the guests happy. I want to mention Mehmet from the front office, he upgraded our room and was very helpful. Also Zainab from housekeeping was just a nice and welcoming lady.
