Property consisting of 4 units (three apartments and a studio) with newly renovated kitchen on the ground floor of a building of 4 floors about 50 meters from the sea.

INTERIOR: The apartments (Kalos, Eos and Selene) have a living room / kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom separate from the living room through venetian blinds, bathroom with shower. The studio (Helios) has a living room / kitchen with double sofa bed separable through venetian blinds from the living room, bathroom with shower.

OUTDOORS: all apartments have a small outdoor area dedicated, parking in the courtyard (where available).

LOCATION: The building is situated in a quiet residential a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cefalu. Supermarkets, monuments and more are easily accessible.

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This unit is old and needs renovating. The furniture is crappy, the mattress needs replacing and shower leaks, bathroom needs a makeover. Located on the ground floor of a residential apartment block. Entrance is unlit around the rear. Very noisy from neighbours upstairs and adjacent and kids playing in the laneway nearby, noise echoing off buildings. Nearby bar has loud evening music especially weekends. Bring earplugs. Communication was good from owner. Close to supermarket, beach and old town.
