"We found this for our annual family vacation. The air was out when we got there, it got fixed immediately. The host was great, even checked to make sure everything was going OK. There is a lot of land to explore. We put a blow up pool in the backyard for the kids. We enjoyed sitting outside at night playing cards and listening to the wildlife. Everyone has decided they want to return."

"The place is still a work in progress but still very clean and quiet. Coin washer and dryer on site, ice machine, Kuerig coffee machine, and microwave in the common area with mini fridge in each room. The rooms do not have an iron, blow dryer or hangers, just FYI. The owner is very nice! If you plan to pay when you get there have cash, no POS is set up yet. This place would be great for a family reunion or any large gathering. Currently there are 10 rooms and each have 2 doors with access to outside and the inside common area which is very large. Looks like there will eventually be a large working kitchen."

"I stayed at the cottage while attending the Walnut Valley Flatpicking Champoinship in Winfield. It was the perfect retreat for me. The bed was comfortable, I loved the air conditioning and the quiet. Dexter is a beautiful town in a beautiful part of Kansas. The cottage had everything I needed. "
