"We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. "We had a great stay! The property was perfect- hot tub, plenty of beds, comfortable beds, walking distance to Lake Michigan! Home was comfortable and clean and the managers were easy to reach with questions-just a text away. Would definitely stay here again"

"The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy."
