Beautifully decorated light and bright condo in the heart of downtown Cedar Key! Fishermen take note: boat and trailer are easily parked in our spacious lot. The marina for launching is 1 block away. Groceries/luggage are no problem here at Nature's Landing, where you can choose one set of easy stairs or take the convenient elevator right to your door. Through the front door, you'll find a spacious king sized bed immediately on the right with its own private bath featuring two sinks and plenty of storage. You'll love the pillow top mattress we put in, it's quality and you can tell the difference! All linens and shampoo/conditioner and soap are provided, just bring your toiletries. A walk in closet is available for your things, as well as a large dresser. Just down the decorated hallway, you'll find the stackable washer/dryer/detergent for your use as well as additional storage. On the opposite side is a convenient half bath. The well equipped kitchen is open and airy, with quality appliances and incredible quartz counter space to cook a gourmet meal or to simply keep the coffee flowing. Enjoy dining at the four seater table with outdoor views and within easy reach of the kitchen. Sit back and relax on the couch in the living room while reading a book or watching TV. By night, the console under the tv is a tempurpedic bed! After a day of fishing or enjoying the town, you might like to enjoy some time on the private balcony! There is seating for taking the incredible views of the marsh and water just beyond your unit. Watch the pelicans, roseate spoonbills, osprey, and more as they soar over the mangroves. Cool off in a splash at the pool. Cedar Key is an ideal spot for a tour by bicycle or rent a golf cart for island viewing. It's also an easy walk just a block or so to local restaurants, shops, art co-ops and the museum. You'll find everything you need and more at the Water's Edge--you have the whole condo to yourself! We do not live here and do not use the condo personally. It's set up for vacation guests in mind and it's all yours during your reservation. We are on the island and available if you need us. We are one block from the downtown, city park and the beach. It's ideally located for walking to everything but one block away from the action for quiet and privacy. Cars are fine but every local loves their golf cart! Rent one from a company locally for a day or your entire stay. Bicycles are often a prime mode of transportation and this is one of the most pedestrian friendly places around! WIFI and cable not specific to this unit, it is for the complex as a whole. Cable is Spectrum. This is a pet friendly unit! Maximum of 2 dogs. Pet fee is as follows: $50 per pet up to 2. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please contact us immediately.

Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture and do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.
