"Room was not cleaned daily. Cream rinse was empty. Coffee wasn’t restocked."

"Our stay was great"

"It was my third time staying here. It was good as all other days."

"They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor. They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison."

"I mean not bad for a pet hotel but not the best. The property seems not maintained and is lipstick on a pig. The best was comfortable and clean but the shower was terrible."
