"The property was a half mile off the highway and next to a large mountain range. It was beautiful. The hotel was clean, well kept, and tastefully modern. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Several restaurant/bars were within walking distance. Breakfast was open on time and had a lot of variety. We would stay again."

"I found the room to be clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at this particular brand before and found the kitchen was nice but nothing to cook with. I was only staying one night so no biggie. Microwave didn’t work either. I loved the coffee machine they had, my favorite part."

"The staff at Ramada on university ave in provo Are so awesome , they go that extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. There are some cheaper prices on other hotels but , i would still and do always come to this hotel!!! The staff should be awarded for outstanding customer services !!!!"

"The setting is delightful and the staff are well informed. The room is large, and had a fridge and safe, very useful. The restaurant at the hotel was good and the wait staff where wonderful. The property is looking tired and needs a refresh, no ice machine on the floor I was on, the pool was cool, no chair in the double queen room except for the office chair, and the shuttle for Swiss Days has been discontinued, that was a big reason I stayed at the property. I couldn't find a phone number on line to contact the hotel and ask if that was still an option. Overall a good stay and a wonderful location in a beautiful setting."
