Discover the perfect getaway in our spacious vacation rental home in Cedar City, Utah. This contemporary 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat is ideal for family gatherings, offering plenty of entertainment options for all ages. Enjoy a pool table, air hockey, a game table, puzzles, 8 TV’s, or relax and create beautiful melodies on the piano.

The master suite features a luxurious king bed, while the two other main floor bedrooms offer queen beds. Downstairs, a bunk room is ready for kids and adults alike, featuring 2 double beds and 2 twin beds. The other basement bedroom has two twin beds. All of the basement windows are above ground level giving the basement plenty of natural light as well as views of the well maintained yard. Outside, the fenced backyard invites fun and relaxation with its lush lawn, fire pit with seating, and a dining area perfect for outdoor meals. Parking is a breeze with a three-car garage and additional space on the concrete side pad. Inside, family gathering areas include large streaming TVs to keep everyone entertained.

Cedar City is rich with attractions, including the world-renowned Utah Shakespeare Festival, Southern Utah Museum of Art located at SUU, the Cedar City Aquatic Center, Cross Hollow Arenas and the Iron Mission State Park. Outdoor adventurers can explore Brian Head Ski Resort for winter sports or enjoy hiking and mountain biking during the summer. Duck Creek Village, Aspen Mirror Reservoir, Cascade Falls, Mammoth Caves, and Navajo Reservoir are all within an hour drive up the canyon. New Big House for Family

This is an awesome newer home with 5bd 3ba and a huge game room with air hockey, pool table, big TV, and a piano. Our kids age 12-17 enjoyed the game room very much. The house is very clean, modern, and well furnished. Everything works. Will definitely stay again when we go skiiing in Brian’s Head.

Huge home for large groups!

The home is absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a new neighborhood that’s is quiet and clean. There’s 5 bedrooms with plenty of beds for large groups to sleep in. There’s a huge backyard with a propane fireplace that’s nice to sit around with friends/family. Lots of games to also play and large spaces in the home makes it comfortable to stay at. I’d recommend this place to large groups coming to southern Utah for vacation. The host was also responsive and super helpful at answering any questions I had.
