Nestled in the foothills on 3 scenic acres, this quiet and cozy home is ideal for both relaxing and making lasting memories with family and friends.

From the comfort of the living room, enjoy breathtaking mountain views or step out onto the deck for the ultimate outdoor experience. For the more adventurous, Brian Head Resort is just a short drive away for skiing and snowboarding, while Bryce and Zion National Parks are both an easy hour away for incredible hikes and natural beauty.
