"Love this property -we got at least once a year and they continuously invest in the water parks and pools which I appreciate. Amazing staff and entertainment. Too bad they don’t have a dedicated show area with chairs … only flaw."

"Wir haben uns in Francescos Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, bietet ausreichend viel Platz. Der Pool war ein besonderes Highlight, besonders bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Auch der Blick von der oberen Terrasse ist sehr schön, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang.Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch Check-in und Check-out haben problemlos funktioniert.Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und können uns sehr gut vorstellen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!"

"Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood."

"Friendly staff. Hotel is in a great area. Rooms were clean. Not really decorated. Beds were a bit hard for my liking. Hut the AC worked great and on sight parking very convenient when you reserve a spot ahead of time."
