"Dear Hotel Management, I wish to bring an incident of unacceptable staff behavior to your attention. On a recent evening, (22/May/2026) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM, I was using the outdoor lounge seating located on the far left side of the hotel premises. I was simply having a Pepsi and a smoke, completely separate from the active restaurant dining area. Despite not blocking any restaurant tables, your staff approached me in a very confrontational and rude manner, stating I had to order from the restaurant or leave the premises immediately. To make matters worse, the restaurant manager continuously monitored us, repeatedly checking on our table in an aggressive effort to ensure we were not consuming any outside soft drinks or alcohol. As a paying guest of your hotel, I found this constant surveillance and hostile treatment completely uncalled for, intimidating, and highly unprofessional. This experience utterly ruined the hospitality I expected from your establishment."
