Coming from Rome by car the villa is best accessed by going through Fondi then Itri. The final few kilometres are via a fairly narrow road and then finally along a single track. "We were two families with seven kids, the house was big enough and comfortable for us, it was good equipped with all necessaries (except the dish washer). Especially relaxing was for us the nice sandy beach where our kids and we could go anytime without any extensive preparation just by passing the garden door. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much and would come with a great pleasure again."

Fantastic view from the infinity pool and garden over the valley with hills and olive trees.The owner, Luca, is super helpful and gave us a lot of personal tips on how to best enjoy the area nearby.We visited Sperlonga, Gaeta, Fondi, Itri and also Naples to enjoy a football game.I highly recommend this property!"

"Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. "We spend 6 nights in this nice villa over the new year's. It has everything one needs for a pleasant stay. It must be even nicer in the summer with it's big garden and outdoor grill. In winter it was a bit cold even though every room has it's own air conditioning/heater.Giovanna, the host was very approachable and communicative. All in all, I can recommend this villa."
