Please be aware that the maximum number of persons who may book or occupy the apartment is set quite strictly to 5. Large groups and parties or functions are not permitted.

The apartment is designed for luxury. Comfort is absolute priority over low-cost. Ideal for 4 adults and perhaps an additional younger person on a folding bed. As a luxury apartment, it is not particularly suited to large groups or families with multiple children or a very young child.

​The apartment floor area is 60sqm (645 sqft) so there is plenty of room. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other a double. These are very sumptuous. There is also a folding single bed. Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Typically, the apartment is best suited to 4 adults or 4 adults and a younger person, with the additional fold-up bed in the Master Bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one being en-suite to the master bedroom. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and an iron. There is a large sumptuous lounge and kitchen and dining areas. The lounge and both bedrooms all have air conditioning.

There is broadband wifi, and a large wall mounted tv. The wifi is free of charge There is a tv cable box for which you need to buy a prepaid package. So you'll be very relaxed in the reclining sofa.

The kitchen contains a variety of cooking options, with a fitted oven, with grill, a 2 ring hob, a microwave and a rice cooker. Of course there's a kettle. I've supplied a good quantity of cooking utensils, pans, frying pan, grill pan, serving bowls, cutlery, and I'd never forget the corkscrew, would I !!

There's a large dining table, you'll have a great choice of cooking in, or going out to the great number of restaurants within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the 37th floor, it's on the corner of the building so you'll have great views in two directions as well as peace and quiet from the busy city life. Peace and Quiet are a luxury item and when you want the nightlife, you couldn't be better placed!!!!

The apartment is all about luxury. The photos are a must see, but of course feel free to ask any questions for your own particular need.

You will be met at reception by an agent who will show you around the apartment and how things work and deal with the paperwork. The agent will come on the day of your departure so that keys can be returned and you can give feedback about how was your stay.

Most times we can accommodate a very early arrival or late departure and we do this, if it is possible, at no extra cost. Many guests arrive from the airport and therefore have no control over arrival or departure times, so we try our best to be flexible, but it's important to check with us first.

During your stay, you'll have my email address for any suggestions and recommendations you might have. Tell me how my service can be improved and what I might offer in the future for the comfort and satisfaction of my guests. I'm really open to suggestions.
