"Overall location and service is terrible"

"It is what it is. The place is just OK, nothing special. At check in because I booked a package deal it only listed me as a single person, flying from the U.S. to Cebu by myself it did not give me the option to include my wife (Filipina living in the area) to the reservation. I asked if I could get extra breakfast vouchers or pay for them. I was told no. When I left and went to another location, I was told that they did provide vouchers. Indoor pool is a real bummer and cold water. No one uses...

"Spacious perfect for family. Amazing communication. Very responsive to requests. Need to update linens though"

"The room needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Kitchen sink drain plugged. Shower curtain rod is broken. Taps need outlet cleaning. Bedding was very old not of goid quality. Had issues with ants and bed bugs in the unit. Air conditioner filter was so dirty the unit alarmed. I cleaned it myself. Walls require repair patching, and painting. Elevators were in constant repair mode for one reason or another. Overall, this particular rental, I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed in this rental....

"Nothing likeable in this unit. It is smelly, the cleaner itself do not know how to clean the room and she herself is the owner but do not know how to clean."

"فندق جميل وسعره مناسب يستحق الحجز به مره اخرى"

"الشقق الفندقية مريحة جدا والخدمة فيها ممتازة "

"The host was very committed in making sure my stay went smoothly. I had an issue where I misplaced my keys and they made sure that I got back in almost immediately. In addition, the host was always available to help solve any issues that I may have had and for that my stay was an amazing stay. I highly recommend. The apartment is walks away from the nightlife and upscale restaurants. If you do not want to travel far for household necessities there is a small connivence store in the main lobby...

"This is the WORST place I booked at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE IN BOOKING HERE. Communication is almost non-existent. I inquired about their additional fees after booking but no response. Check the property details first so you'll know the add-on fees. I contacted Hotels.com if i can cancel my reservation so they sent a message to the property and they didn't get a response after 24hrs so Hotels told me my reservation is still in place. The property owner responded later on to my inquiry and...

"Let me start with the good. The view of the ocean in the distance was great. It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time. I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom. The room had a bad smell. Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches. One was dead under a table. we checked in shortly after 2:00. It was brightly lit in the room. I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear. We immediately packed our...

"Everything was great. My only complaint was, there was no microwave in my room, not enough cookware. Other than that. Very clean,55inch tv, very good people & hospitality."

"This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...
