Cute property in a relaxing rural setting. This place was a great value and a welcome change from staying in hotels in busy areas. Host is very ecologically conscious. Great breakfast! Bed was comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and crisp from being line dried. Would have enjoyed having one more day here.

Excellent wifi. Free parking just across the street. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Very few restaurants nearby but there is a Carrefour not too far away (by car) and a farmer's market just out front (on Tuesday mornings). Overall, an excellent hotel.

What an amazing, beautiful, quaint place! The lobby and restaurant in the front are set in medieval style, which was so cool! The room was spa ious and had a bath tub. No real air conditioning, but we stayed for only 1 night. In the morning we had our coffee and fresh croissants in the beautiful, quaint yard set up with tables and canopies. This is a truly charming hotel in old-French style in a small French town. Just adorable!

We had dinner and breakfast on property. Dinner was excellent. The room and bathroom were a good size for us. We were traveling from Paris to Mont St Michel and this was a great location. Staff were great.

What a special place in a unique setting close to Mont St. Michel! You will be pleasantly surprised upon entering La Petit Moulin Rouge - the warm hospitality of the owner, the coziness of the room and the delicious breakfast made us feel extra special.

The room was comfortable, the food at the hotel restaurant excellent, the staff first class, the scenery surrounding the hotel lovely. In summary, we had an excellent stay.

Great location, fun and modern rooms with convenient to Mont Saint Michel shuttles / transportation. Parking is included in stay which is a good benefit. Breakfast was heartier than others we experienced on our trip - included meats, cheeses, fruit in addition to the usual pastries, breads, and jams. Great choice!

Charming place to stay. Remote so not your place if you are looking to walk to dining or shopping. We arrived mid afternoon, with enough time to tour Mont St Michel Abby which you can see in distance from the inn and came back for a fabulous dinner at the Manoir that evening

This property is near two places that I can only recommend. One is obvious, Mount saint Michel. I left the hotel early and arrived at the Abbey at around 7:30 AM, way before all the masses of tourists and had a nice time exploring the town. The Abbey opens at 9 o’clock and despite all the tourists it actually was still enjoyable. The other place was a small town called Avranches. Great location to avoid the crowds and get to the island early.

We only stayed one night at the Chateau, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to explore the grounds. The little that we were able to see was beautiful and such a needed break from the chaos of Paris. The hosts were helpful and very kind. The breakfast in the morning was delightful.
