"Thunder Ridge Lodge has an awesome view of Mt. Yonah! The setting offers total peace, privacy, and seclusion—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was kind and responsive, making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The cabin was spotless, with a comfortable, high-quality bed that made for restful nights. The hot tub was a highlight, especially in the evening while looking out at the mountain view. A beautiful, quiet escape that I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful mountain retreat."

"What a lovely cabin with an amazing view! The furniture and decor are super cute, and the sofa and chair are some of the most comfortable things we've ever sat in (and I sell furniture, so that says something lol). The balcony is spacious and it's where I spent most of my time. I'm a smoker, so I very much appreciated the fact that I was allowed to smoke there. Lots of properties do not allow this. The kitchen was spacious and there were many seasonings available, which is also unusual, and was much appreciated. Lots of towels were provided, and also enough toilet paper to make it through the whole week. The location is perfect. It's quiet and secluded, but you can be in Helen within 10 minutes if you want some action and some great German food. I accidentally forgot my Kindle and charger, but the host is nice enough to arrange for someone to mail it to me. We had an amazing, relaxing time and will definitely be back. "The cabin was wonderful. Welcoming decor, a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and a beautiful view of the changing leaves this season. Our host was very good at communicating throughout the process. Lots of informative documents, signage throughout the cabin so we knew where everything was. "

"Good communication with host. Clear instructions. The house had everything we needed... functional kitchen, comfy bed, counter and closet space in the bathroom, lots of relaxed seating, a charming river landing, plenty of clean towels, interesting cd collection and a cd player, trail maps and local interest literature. It's so quiet and private that you forget there are other houses nearby. The Road is paved all the way to the driveway. We could stay here again!"

"This cabin is a great stay and had everything we could ask for from a secluded area on the river to a nice hot tub with lights at night. Jeff The host was super nice and friendly anytime we had a question. He immediately answered the places is worth to stay. It’s only about 15 minutes from Helen. The driveway is kind of narrow so highly recommend backing in makes it a little bit easier"
