"Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

"While the accommodations were great, there was a miscommunication as to who to contact. The guideline sheet needs to be updated. There is no dishwasher and the contact person on the guideline sheet is no longer there. Other than a few minor kinks, we definitely would stay again."

"Truly this place is amazing. Upon entering, everything was super clean. Floors/Counters were immaculate and there was a perfect amount of décor without there being tchotchkes taking up valuable surface area. Darren was incredible even when things went wrong. He was very responsive ahead of time and had the unit set up perfectly for our stay, even bringing in an extra table and chairs so that we had a place to decorate cookies!! "We stayed here for Colgate’s graduation weekend. This property is an easy and close drive to Colgate University. It was clean and nicely decorated. The check in/out process was easy. I would stay here again on my next trip to visit my daughter at Colgate."
