"The property has everything you will need. For myself personally although dogs are welcome on looking houses have dogs which when let out did bark quite a bit which prevented letting our dog out for periods of time. The family are very welcoming and the father spoke very good English."

There is only one toilet in the hallway between the bedrooms. We probably would not have booked this for 4 adults with only one toilet to share if we had known that."

I would say that the WiFi could definitely be improved and it would be nice to arrive with at least some basics available - loo roll, water, dishwasher tablets, a few staples/ condiments. "Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon."
