"Stayed here for two nights on my final stop in Gran Canaria. The basics are solid. Staff were professional, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. No issues there. I also appreciated that underground parking was included. That said, this property is clearly geared toward business travelers, not solo leisure stays. For what you get, it felt overpriced. The location is convenient for airport access if you have a car, but otherwise it’s not particularly appealing or enjoyable to spend time...

"We stayed a night before a cruise and had requested a quiet room…. Which we did not get. All the noise from the lobby was heard in our room. The breakfast room was a wreck, they were so disorganised, no cutlery on our table, no cups at the coffee machine, they had run out of stuff and no staff as they were all running around. We waited for salt and pepper for our eggs which never came. The vicinity to walk to your ship port was great and the room was big and clean but the whole experience was...

"Great in town location. Walk to restaurants. Grounds well kept and pool area very nice. Room for 3 was good, nice little patio area outside room, breakfast very good. Front desk very accommodating and nice touch with free fruit and drink on arrival. "
