"I only booked because it said 24 hour front desk but when we got there at midnight there was no one at the front desk. We called and rang doorbell but no one responded. We had to look for a different hotel in the middle of the night and was still charged."

"The view of the ocean from this hotel is pretty stellar from the 2nd floor. You can hear the ocean if you leave your windows open at night. There’s no A/C, but the breeze coming off the ocean keeps the room cool (even in July). I appreciated having a fridge, microwave and Keurig. The carpet looked brand new as well as the bedding. The young woman who checked me in at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks were the WiFi was spotty and the walls are thin. Pray for quiet neighbors....

"Upon entering the room I smelled a strong smell of urine. I immediately started looking for another hotel online, but they were all booked up. My husband suggested getting air freshener but that would just cover up the filth. I walked to the gas station and got a bottle of 409 and paper towels. I cleaned the floor by the toilet and my towel came up BLACK. I proceeded to clean the entire floor and it apparently hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The smell improved but not much. "Cleaned , quick check in and out . tiny parking spots . Affordable. You get what you pay ."

"Owners were super helpful and friendly. Nice to see a hotel owned by white people who actually care about your stay. Room was clean. Dated, but clean. Nice to be out of the really busy area but still close to the Main Street vendors."
