"The place is great. Very clean, almost everything inside seemed brand new. You are right on the Main street of San Pedro, yet quiet inside. The town is a bit busy and dirty, so the place being at the very northern most point makes it fast and simple to go up to the nicer beaches/restaurants and to secret beach. It is located right above a hardware store in which the owner of the property owns as well. I felt like he was always available to help out and answer any questions."

"We were greeted with open arms upon arrival. This property was so close to everything, and we were set up with everything we needed when asked. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Belize!"

"Really enjoyed this peaceful place a short boat ride off of the busy San Pedro island. Sunrise & sunsets are peaceful & beautiful from here. Also loved the Coconut Café that is there on the property with Brahma Blue."

"Quiet little hotel at the end of Caye caulker. The beds were comfortable and the room was perfectly decent. The air conditioning could have worked a little better but I would stay again if I returned "

Nice But Not Lively

"Coco beach was great overall. My daughter loved the pool and loved jumping off the rock like structure. Despite all the reviews saying it was a lively hotel it was very quiet. My daughter was afraid of the iguanas so we could not play ping pong and etc. We were on San Pedro at the most busiest weekend "Lobster Fest". There was only 1 family at a time other than us at the pool, there was no music, and iguanas walking around. I can not leave out the thousands of mosquitos (please bring deet- anything else they will eat off). The lobby was full of them. The food at the hotel was good. The drinks were amazing, the view was nice. It is located on the far end (quieter side) of San Pedro but not far on a golf cart. We also got to Secret beach win 25 minutes. "

"Amazing stay with my family and friends. We had all of the accommodations (loft and two bedrooms) and they were phenomenal. One issue with the A/C but the property and the associates made it right for me and my family. Ravey, good human right there, he took care of me and the family. Security folks, chef kiss, concierge Team amazing, BAR tenders were Tendering!! "
