"This is a much older place. Not impressive, but the overall condition on the rooms and property are very good. The staff is outstanding! Helpful and courteous. We felt very comfortable and welcomed! Rooms and bathroom are very clean!!! If someone smokes, there’s private balconies on the 2nd floor to stand out, without having to go to the court yard. We went to Gasparilla Beach. Had a great day relaxing. Water was the perfect temperature, combined with a consistent cool breeze, and private. I highly recommend Boca Grade Hotel for a pleasant and safe stay. "
