"Quiero expresar mi profunda indignación por la deplorable experiencia que tuve en este apartamento. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, nos encontramos con condiciones inaceptables. Las sábanas estaban sucias y las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas. Esto es absolutamente inaceptable para cualquier huésped. "This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. The main bed was so hard I think sleeping on the floor with a blanket would have been better so...

"Nossa estadia foi ótima , tivemos alguns problemas com ar condicionado e goteiras , porém a proprietária estava sempre disposta a nos ajudar e resolver o mas prontamente . Eu voltaria a me hospedar mas vezes , tem água quente , serviço de quarto , ar condicionado, tv , frigobar , Wi-Fi e fica bem no centro de san Andres , ficamos perto de tudo . Mercado , farmácia , loja de suvenir , praias , marina . Enfim , eu indico !! "

"Being honest, it was nothing like the pictures. Bathroom doors wouldn’t close, closet either. Not 1 decoration in wall. I’ve been in many on vacation hotels and this is the complete opposite from what I’ve been in. "

"A Truly Exceptional Stay at Grand Sirenis. San Andrés’ Hidden Gem! From the moment I arrived at Grand Sirenis, I knew I had chosen the right place. My room featured a private balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the island’s beauty. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, creating a peaceful retreat after days of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I must highlight Cristian, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He’s truly an exceptional person, professional, kind, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of San Andrés, just minutes from the island’s main attractions, stunning beaches, and lively commercial centers. Whether you’re heading out for a day of adventure or a stroll through local markets, everything is conveniently close by. The food was delicious, with a good variety to please every palate, and the service was top-notch throughout. The property was always clean and well cared for, and there’s ample parking for buggy cars, which is a huge plus for those who love to explore the island on wheels. All in all, Grand Sirenis is truly one of the best (if not the best) hotel in San Andrés. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"
