"The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport. "We really enjoyed the privacy of the rental! We booked massages, Tropic air tickets, and a golf cart through Jessi, the guest experience manager and it helped so much! We even needed to make a change to our return flights to BZE and Jessi took care of it immediately. "We had a great stay with two boys under four years old! The location was great as it was out of the busy part of town and right on the beach. It had a well cared for pool! Kitchen was well stock with all we needed. Air conditioning is a big plus. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but a maintenance person arrived just as we went walking and they replaced the fridge before we returned!! We had everything we needed!"

"First time our family visited San Pedro island. Ed, Lisa, Iris greeted us at the house upon arrival, explained clearly about the house,recommended good restaurants. Excellent hosts- quick respond, helped us to resolve issue with golf cart and excursion. They helped to arrange golf cart delivery, transportation from/to airport, . Everyday Iris & her family go extra miles to help us with everything we need with the house so we can feel like home (light up bbq pit, right boat for excursion,etc)....

"We loved our stay at the Dreaded Grape cabana. The photos don't do justice to the size of the property in a lovely courtyard with an honesty bar full of cold beers. It's steps away from a quiet beach and easy walking distance to the centre of Caye Caulker. Excellent air conditioning and the cabana was well equipped with coffee.
