"The staff was very friendly and welcoming on the phone. We stayed in room 505 on the 5th and last floor. It was decent with a kitchen counter equipped with a stove, a sink, and a few cups and teabags. There was also a hair dryer, a TV, and an AC (and a heating system for the winter). The things that could be improved would be attaching a proper shower head holder, and completely closing the gap in the bathroom’s ceiling as it lets insects in. "I spent a wonderful week with my besties in May 2024 at this property. Our suite was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The management was very helpful, very friendly and very quick to assist when needed. They provided us with extra clean towels, cleaning services and whatever we asked them. We were finally able to get an honest taxi rate in Istanbul because the Dorne guys helped us arrange a taxi ride. I highly recommend. "

"I would like to thank Mr. Metin, the owner of the hotel, who greeted me in a friendly and warm manner when I arrived at the hotel. The flat is very clean and tidy and the bathroom and kitchen are quite new and immaculate. It is very close to the center and taksim square, 3 minutes away by walking. There are markets and restaurants around. We will come again next mounth. Best wishes"

"Very nice staff, quiet property - something rare in Istanbul - good working air conditioner, comfortable bed, lots of storage, great shower, private balcony attached to room, elevator, and walking distance to grocery and 20 minutes downhill to the Besiktas city centre. Free daily breakfast included. On the other hand, Wi-Fi is very slow, housekeeping is very hit or miss, and despite listing washer and dryer as an amenity, it's not accessible by guest and an extra fee to have clothes laundered...
