"Staff are very helpful with accommodating requests and respond quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. Security on-site is excellent. The hotel is centrally located to the business centre of lismore but is quiet. A pleasant park is directly across the road and for a no-fuss quick meal the Lismore Workers Club is a two minute walk away. If you don't want to eat at the club there a many other eating venues within a five minute walk radius. The beds are comfortable and the rooms provide the basic amenities you would expect. Overall I would recommend this as a good choice for any traveller needing a clean, secure and comfortable accommodation whilst in Lismore."

"Had a warm welcome and the van home was very clean and well equipped. Was a massive shame that the pool was absolutely freezing to the point was unable to stay in it. And although not at the fault of the park itself, found it very hard to get a decent night sleep with comings and goings until the early hours from other guests. Something about the stay made me feel a bit uneasy being in the van home in what felt like the middle of an airfield. Wouldn’t recommend travelling here with children, more suited to solo travellers or backpackers"

"It truly felt like a breath of fresh mountain air, with sweeping 360° views and beautiful flora surrounding the entire property. We could even see alpacas grazing peacefully in the nearby paddock, which added to the charm. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a generous cheese and fruit platter accompanied by wine. Peggy made sure we were warm and comfortable, even lighting the fire for us because the weather was quite cool. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her — she made us feel completely at home, and we connected with her instantly. Breakfast was exceptional, with five delicious dishes to choose from. Staying only four nights meant we couldn’t try them all, but everything we did have was outstanding. The beds were spacious and very comfortable, the room was beautifully presented, and everything was spotless. The local area was lovely as well, and the people we met were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and an experience we would happily return to."
