I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "I they need to clean the fridge the one it seems like the ref hasn’t been clean for a long time. Also, teach for the tea don’t mix the tea bag on the water yet before serving let the customer put the bag. The resort is very beautiful and very relaxing my family loves it. Overall they had a wonderful time."

"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

"Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life "

"My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at Almost Heaven. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, from the food served at our kubo or at one of the nearby gazebos. We loved swimming in the brand-new infinity pool and kayaking on the lake. When I proposed to my girlfriend, the staff took photos of the event. We truly loved every moment of our stay, and hope to return in the future."
