"Pros: The security, Frontdesk and wait staff has excellent customer service. Good price for quality food. Quiet location. Truly a staycation experience. Nice room set up. The actual employees are great. Cons: Too many OJT working in a group setting. For example: 6 people entered one of our rooms just to collect towels & trash. At the end of our stay, we were charged for lost towels that was most likely miscounted by them. Too many OJT sitting around, make them clean pools with net, we don’t need to request for it, pick up branches, pick up cat poop and spray, scrub shower tiles, etc. "

"Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

"Traveled with seniors and this property was not “senior friendly”. Mold in rooms including bathroom which were in need of updates. Staff was trying to be helpful but they had limited resources. Disappointing especially since we expected a comparable decent experience as QM in Downtown Lucena."

"Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life "

"My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at Almost Heaven. Every aspect of our stay was amazing, from the food served at our kubo or at one of the nearby gazebos. We loved swimming in the brand-new infinity pool and kayaking on the lake. When I proposed to my girlfriend, the staff took photos of the event. We truly loved every moment of our stay, and hope to return in the future."

"The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. "
